The Linny

Most people only go in the pubs to see some decent lasses. At the moment, with those prices, you might as well go in the Club for a decent price and a game of snooker. What’s going to happen if you haven’t got your own cue though? Or using the rest?

Anyone know how much capacity the pubs had to lose to create a safe space. The demand will be high, space premium so I would expect to cover costs and capitalise drink cost has to shoot up.

Be interesting to see the price shift in London where garden space is often a premium/ lacking too. Might price a lot out of the pub.

This is from the facebook page. They obviously didnt have any intention of wording it in a polite inviting way 😂

Doesn't sound like the pub of my youth at all.

I've heard my local is opening its function room, which is a decent size to maintain the same capacity.

We might see a more organised drinking regime come into play, particularly with time spent in one location being limited. May have to make reservations for two or more different establishments for a long afternoon session.

Clubs may start to become more popular again.
