Thread of the year: @FatCat (Dad jokes - raises plenty of smiles, much needed in 2020)

Poster of the year: @American_Mary (virtually every post is informative, fair and respectful)

Could start an argument in an empty room: @Cooper671 (Merry Christmas to you and your family by the way)

FMTTM village idiot of the year: Far too many to mention, myself included of course.

I’m sure between us we can come up with a few more, looking forward to the acceptance speeches. However, in doing so I urge you NOT to ‘do a Judy’ and pretend you haven’t realised you’re flashing your bits to the nation 😁

Thanks Erimus, all is well though I’ve a feeling today will be defined by the excitement of our two youngest looking forward to seeing Santa.

Have to agree regards American Mary, easily the best & most respected poster on here, each post I end on agreeing with, whether on the mighty Boro, politics or eating sprouts for Xmas, if AM posted that my favourite season as a fan was, 1983 & explained why, I would end up agreeing with 🤔😁

Someone started a thread saying Vickers had started his own Patreon account for boro columns etc since he left the gazette. And the fair responded saying he’s waiting for his only fans account. Got loads of likes etc was a funny comment. Not sure how to find it!
