I wanted to dislike it, it’s contrived with made-up teams, and all Yorkshir’s best players are playing elsewhere…however it has been entertaining.

I think Harry Brook will be one of Yorkshire’s best players for a while. Looks a class act.

It's not aimed at us old fuddy duddys...its to get kids interested in it and promote the women's game, and it's doing a brilliant job of that!

Clearly introducing a new format gave them an opportunity to do this rather than have to tweak the existing t20 format.

I’m not going to pretend to understand the politics of cricket, so won’t comment further. I’ve no affiliation to any team other than England. But I can see from some the comments there are some people who were determined not to like it. If they’d taken away any of the other competitions and replaced it then you might have a point - but to the best of my knowledge they haven’t ?

Comments about the commentators and the graphics making it unwatchable on TV are just silly. Presentation is a bit in your face but for me it’s been quite entertaining.

The cricket is fine.... Still not sure it's any different to throwing the money at T20 and advertising it better? T20 could easily be child and family friendly and more relivent as international versions. The IPL is class and shows how it should be done (then again I get the finances evolved).

I think (hope) the commentary and hype calms down next year when not 'selling it'. I can't remember it being as bad for T20? Maybe it was and I've forgotten.

It's alright. That's an improvement on what I said last week. Just ease off on the 'ebbs' and 'freddy' canned banter
