What better way to spend the evening after the return of football to the Riverside than by hot tailing it over to Stockton to see a one off show from The Filthy Tongues.

Its a semi acoustic show with the core three piece accompanied by keyboards, unfortunately it was impossible to get the violinist over from Australia in time for the show.

If you don't know about the band you can read about them here

You'll struggle to find 2 better albums than Jacob's Ladder and Back To Hell - lazy comparison time, Nick Cave, Tom Waits, PJ Harvey but really they are quite unique.

Doors are planned for 7pm with the band doing two sets, the first one at 7:30 and the second at 8:45 after an interval.

It's all seated and audience numbers have been limited (the show was first booked under the social distancing guidelines) but there are no other restrictions in place.

Tickets from Ticketweb and SEE Tickets (£15 plus b/fee) or you can pay on the door at £17.

The Filthy Tongues really are an amazing band and this will be a great night.
