The end?

Every little helps but it's nowhere near enough.
We don't have the storage capacity either for when the wind doesn't blow and the sun don't shine.
It's load balancing that's needed. The project that GS and I were working on was all about renewable load-balancing. Mind it would have been 8 years to get it up and running in the UK (at least).

Anyway, back to Ukraine... the other day spoke about how Putin might double down on the East front and fail to send re-enforcements to the south. Well, that is what is happening. So TG and her former XO are quite happy about the lack of Russians in their way. And, while Meyers continues to target rail hubs, bridges ond other stuff... in the South, Russian holiday makers are not happy.

About this.
"TG whacked a big bunch of Russian officers in Berdyansk. They had taken over a seaside resort, brought in hookers and booze, and had a good time. Until TG happened. Estimates is that up to 200 officers and aides got whacked."

Also this vid just released.

Do hope the hookers and booze were OK

The political damage to Zelensky is done now though which is a shame.

However been reading a bunch of articles about the rise in civic pride that UKR citizens in a state of war can protest peacefully against an obvious misstep and contribute to getting the law reversed & how that makes them very different to the kleptocracy terror organisation currently on day 1000+ of a 3 day SMO.

As we should know from the example of Churchill, war leaders do not often represent what you want in a peace time leader. If he restores his country and removes the Orcs he can retire and live out his life doing as many or as few speaking engagements as he wants and writing his memoirs with his reputation (largely) intact.

If anyone finds the missives here too succinct (!) or needs more detail I recommend this guy on substack: Rogue Systems Recon

He produces a review of the current geopolitical and military situation every week. It is always detailed and long. Very, very long.

You can subscribe for free and get it sent to your email address. Anyway I thought the section below from this week was particularly interesting in terms of an imminent counteroffensive:

While it’s very unwise to place too much stock in anything Trump says, a marked shift in his tone on Putin of late strongly suggests that Trump is trying to get on the right side of imminent events. Above all else, he hates to be associated with a loser. So it’s significant that he has finally moved to adopt the ready-made argument that Putin is only stringing everyone along with talk of wanting peace.

This weekend he unexpectedly truncated his former fifty-day deadline for Putin to commit to peace talks for real to just twelve. His advisers, namely Kellogg, fresh back from Ukraine, must be warning that events could unfold much more quickly than expected.

Hopefully this is a subtle sign of significant Ukrainian strength.

Kotelnikovo Railway Station in Volgograd hit hard.
Note more of these logistics hubs going poof now.

Here's a new video from the Southern push. Obvs it depicts events from several days ago.
This is TG preparing a village so that she can take two roads to the south of it.
Music chosen this time by Se***yi, aka Mr Thor.

More russian drones and more casualties than ever.
It appears the claims on hitting their capabilities were off the mark.

Attacks on civilians is mostly what they have now. But the "claims" on hitting their capabilities are generally backed up with video evidence.. Like this attack of a factory producing "radio control" parts.

Russia is trying to hit hard because Trump may be about to hurt them.

And it really isn't "more than ever". It's nothing like what it was when there were 200 missiles a night.
It is still really grim though.

The EU access to gas is worth the tariff alone to their economy.
We have 3 years of gas left after that everything is imported.
Getting guaranteed access to is a must for the EU.

We're blindly stumbling into power poverty.
We're not investing in renewables with the pace that needs to keep up with resources and demand.
Fkd.
3 years worth of gas? Who told you that?

Another bad night in Kyiv and Kramatorsk. GS thinks that Russia is hurling what it can because they know that soon all their production facilities will be blown up.

Meanwhile, Ukraine is hitting hard too ... against military targets.
Notice anything about this clip of drones in the dark at Tagenrog?

One of those big booms was a present from Meyers to GS ... you may remember a missive about it as a GS target over a year ago. Now they have the means to feck it up majorly. I am sure you will spot what it is (you don't get this sort of detail anywhere else).

The bridge on the E58 that means they are going to have to take the crap road to Mariupol?

Yep, though google traffic is showing normal at the moment. I susppose they are waiting on damage confirmation. But let's put it this way, it is doomed.

Edit. One carriageway is damaged on one span of the bridge.

Heavy goods traffic being diverted.
