The Championship and Premier League

With the exception of Ipswich you have Leicester, Leeds and Southampton in the top four in the championship, you would probably expect two of them teams to go back up. It may be an entertaining league the championship but that gap in class is growing all the time. If you look at the bottom three in the Premier league at the minute, I personally don't think any of them will get to 30 points all promoted from the championship last season. This season for us I think it will be in and around the play offs, i dont think we have what it takes as of yet, I know fans say this every season including myself but next season could be the year we make it back up especially if we can give some of these youngsters some experience in the championship this season.

It's less about parachute payments this year and more the fact the the relegated teams have had a long time in the PL. They have a full squad of PL players. They lost a few but they still have 15-20 PL players.

The 3 at the bottom of the PL if they come down won't have a squad of PL players but they will have parachute payments.

Either way it is very hard to compete.
