During lock-down we`ve rightly highlighted the effect on Mental Health.
This concerns the transition from the forces to civvi street, which can doubly compound the stress and pressure on mental health.
Many on here will have family, friends, sons, daughters and themselves who have connections with the forces - its something few think about.
Its a big jump.
