Personally I have tickets for a number of events coming up including Glasto, Killers at the Riverside, French Tennis Open. And. I’m also running the London marathon which has to be in big jeopardy.
We were planning on spending Easter week in Windsor visiting the theme parks down there with the kids staying in An airbnb - hopefully any social distancing they put in place will be over by then.
We’re also in Orlando in August so hopefully it’s all finished by then too!

Not a full cancellation but Old Dominion have just pulled out of Country 2 Country this weekend, to be replaced by The Shires.
For those that don't know country music: that's like having Tickets to the Etihad and finding the Manchester derby has been replaced by Macclesfield V Torquay.

The Bahrain GP has been closed to the public, but will be televised as normal so there will still be hundreds of people there. Seems like a half-hearted attempt at trying to limit exposure while not losing revenue.

I really can't see any of the summer music festivals going ahead. Similarly with the Grand National, Wimbledon and Euro 2020 will all be affected. The impact on the economy is going to be huge!

I've seen the Shires and i think you are using teams a couple of leagues higher up the league ladder in your example. Appalling band. Took the wife to see them and after the first minute I was done. Terrible. Everyone else in the Sage loved it though :LOL:

Ha. I actually like Nashville grey skies but, to put them second on the bill (behind Darius Rucker) and to replace a band as good as old dominion is a terrible terrible thing.

Once a few high profile football matches go for it, the lower profile ones will mostly all have to follow suit. The impact this will have on local businesses (as well as the clubs themselves) simply cannot be understated.
Expect very few music festivals to happen this year, and the Euros/Olympics could easily take place behind closed doors.

It could make the whole thing feel like a huge non-event. Would be just like England to go and win it, only for everyone to say it didn't really count.
