Not quite sure how this has happened but the video posted by asredastheycome is from Kiev in 2018 and nothing to do with what is going on in Porto, which looks to me like, what you see in any UK town centre on a Saturday night. Unfortunately a small percentage of young men get aggressive and want to fight when they get drunk. Not really news or ‘shocking’ more fact.

Its sickening to see that. The punch was bad but that bang of the head on the tarmac is often life threatening. Broken skull and brain swelling from fluid on the brain kills.
Alcohol has a lot to answer for.
