" I`m happy with what we`ve got now. I`ve touched on it already about the variety really and the flexibility. We`ve got good numbers in positions…..you`ve got to be careful, because we`ve got obviously a style of play and you don’t want to change one individual for the position and have a dramatically different kind of role that you fit. You want different skills and attributes that will fit within the structure and we feel we`ve got that at the moment. We can play slightly different ways. Last season we kind of ended up playing pretty similar the whole time which was good….fine at the time it worked. Always said I`m not massively on formations….I feel we have that flexibility and tweak things as we go. Its our role as staff to pick...players that fit certain games. "
