Definitely the Lakes estate in Acklam, I used to live two doors away from the fruiterers Bob refers to, I remember their fruit van/lorry was often parked outside their house. Bob lived on Tollesby Road, the house is next to where the Boro trained, before Rockcliffe. As an aside, his old house was up for sale recently.
