An interesting read Gaz. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I implore anyone and everyone on this forum to get a good quality vitamin D supplement over the winter months and ideally Vit C and Zinc too ...

I know Matt Hancock says there's no evidence it stops covid (a ridiculous use of language, as it's about helping recovery). For the price and what we've seen, what harm can it do.

Matt Hancock-up also said herd immunity isn't attainable but neglects to realise his precious vaccine relies upon it.

We stocked up on vit d in the summer. As you say what damage can it do.
 
Yeah I bought a tub of 400 capsules of 4000iu a few weeks ago, hoping if I do get it, it will help to reduce effects

On the healthcare side, admissions seem to have leveled off just below 1000 over the last five days. Hopefully that's a good sign.
