• 7-day average for new cases is 30.8% higher than one week ago (from 20.6% higher yesterday) and 93.3% higher than two weeks ago (from 103.0% higher yesterday and 127.1% higher 7 days ago)
• 11 new deaths within 28 days of a positive test reported in 24-hour period, down from 18 yesterday
• 7-day average for new deaths within 28 days of a positive test increases by 1.3% to 22 per day, following 9.6% increase yesterday (and 8th increase in the past 9 days)
• 7-day average for new deaths within 28 days of a positive test is 81.9% higher than one week ago (from 93.5% higher yesterday) and 184.9% higher than two weeks ago (from 186.5% higher yesterday and 22.1% higher 7 days ago)

There will be another full lockdown, can't see us avoiding it looking at Billy's latest figures...

Gaz, I would expect the government to wait, rightly or wrongly and see how the current restrictions play out. In truth it may be too late already to contain a second spike of the same proportions as the first. Bear, Billy do you know what the mortality figures were like when we first locked down in March?

There were 67 deaths on 23 March.
