Well done all those who volunteer and particularly to those who donate. Your country needs you. We've had to go from opening two days a week to seven day opening with the huge demand.

Agreed also Encompasses delivery drivers , checkout tellers , cleaning staff in critical buildings etc . List is endless

And all those volunteering to deliver food, medicines etc. to the elderly and at risk groups.

Anyone received an alert

I got one today, which I accepted, a following message asking if I'm ok to receive a phone call, again, which I accepted, it then showed the locasion but no further information, no phone call
Has anyone else had this happen to them, I contacted the help number who asked mt to contact tech supprt team & now awaiting further inforation

Ordinarily E anything of that nature would be postal . I’d be cautious of text msg/email these days
Edit . I guess these are peculiar times so I probably would be less suspicious

Yes cheers, I understand that regarding texts/msg etc, everything comes through the downloaded Responder app

Accepted an alert today, an old lady, spoke for a good 50 minutes, but alas no football talk mind, but I enjoyed the chat, as she did also
Still not sure how it works as when you accept the call & go to comms it shows the contact number but an earlier time
