That Rogers one was never a foul.

Ref was awful all game. You could tell from the first minute how he was going to be. Think they had 5 FKs awared in the first 5mins. Loved tooting on his whistle didn't he

He actively waved on the advantage then pulled it back once we were in the box looking threatening. Baffling decision but thankfully Greenwood stepped up ️

That's what was weirdest about it.

He had played advantage, he then decided to change his mind when we were in.

Thought that as well. He clearly waved it on first. What changed his mind? It was bizarre. A spur of the moment misjudgment is one thing but to not blow, play advantage, and then change your mind didn’t even make sense as a mistake.

Totally agree. The ref should only stop play in that position to give a red card. Not a yellow, which he could still do when the ball next went out of play. Still, all’s well that ends well!

He shouldn’t do that either. He should always play advantage if there is one.
