That’s how good we are

... Still not getting carried away that. But make no doubts about it, I am delighted we are under Carrick's leadership
Makes me wonder what we are going to be capable of once we strengthen! Some of the change in attitude on the pitch is unreal, I can't remember the last time I have ever seen it at the Boro. When we go behind, we don't go all down and out, we still look like winning the game. It FEELS like we are going to win.
Not experienced that in a while but will remain calm while Carrick gets things going as it is still early days. What a win that was, I DID NOT expect that. Honestly thought it was going to be a 3 - 0 / 3 - 1 Blackburn win
Delighted that was not the case

I don’t think we were particularly good there, Blackburn passed us off the park, you can’t say we comfortably saw that out given how iffy we looked at the back. It’s a great win but I doubt we’d have won that if it was 11 against 11

Totally disagree. We were in complete control second half.

First half we were the better team but they looked dangerous on the break.

Passed us off the park!? Cor blimey. Can't really believe anyone would come to that conclusion.

We missed a few too. And in 2nd half. But still got the win.

We held the ball and ate up time once we were in the lead. There were a few hairy moments but we coped. We had enough chances where we messed it up when we should have been more clinical.

Aye they passed us off the park with their 44 percent possession.🙄
We looked so shaky at the back, which is why Steffen had one comfortable save to make and they scored a clearly offside goal. Ffs.
You are Sir Jack Walker and I want my five pounds.

What game were you watching?
As if number of passes means anything, I was watching the game where they were passing to their players in front of them despite being a man down whereas we were passing to our players sideways and backwards.

I was quite impressed by Blackburn today and it was a great win but I didn’t think we were much better than them

Even if you assessment is right, what do you expect the game to go when you are away to third in the league.

My assessment is based on the title of this thread, the game was tight and we got the rub of the green with the red card and as I’ve said before I am very glad we won.

I don’t think we were “good” compared to other games recently, in fact I thought we were pretty shyt first half. Checks and balances needed just like they were against Burnley.

I thought it was a typical championship game two teams with very little quality playing on a dreadful pitch with even more woeful officiating. We got the rub of the green tonight we need to play better than that if we are to get promoted. I really can't see Blackburn finishing in the top six. That being said this team do have self belief and never say die attitude which is great to see.
