Looked very much nailed on straight after the election. Not anymore.

Complete inept handling of the virus. (PPE/testing/wrong advice given on political considerations)
Avoidable big numbers of deaths due to inability to lock down early.
Bad communication on what people should and should not do
A level of borrowing that could take decades to pay back or an austerity level even worse than the last one.
An economy that has collapsed.
Nursing homes completely abandoned wrt to PPE
A plausible credible opposition. Not yet but early days.

I would love that to be true Ticker. Unfortunately I don't think it is the case. Once people can go back to their skinny lattes and wine bars we will revert to norm.

Conservatism has long sinced moved away from it's core values of promoting family values and stability. They now represent the very rich at the expense of society more generally. It is an ideology that has no place in a civilized society.
