Temporary Rule changes - Subs

I noticed Bordeaux and Nantes both made four substitutions in last nights game, is this rule here to stay or will UEFA revert back after the pandemic?

I’m not a lover of it myself and think it should have been left alone.

Think Premier League clubs voted to go back to 'name 7, use up to 3' next season
Not sure if EFL clubs have voted yet

Leagues are allowed to use for this coming season if they so wish.

The Premier League voted against using it and reverted to the 3 subs.

Not heard anything about the Championship, but I'd expect the same.

If I had my way I'd go for name 3, can use 2 and get the game back to what it is supposed to be i.e. players playing for 90 minutes instead of what it has become - a tag team event for sprinters.
