Hi all.

Which Teesside establishment, in your opinion, does the best Sunday dinner?

Extra fun bonus question - what is your favourite meat on a Sunday roast? Beef, medium rare, for me.

Been out of the Boro a while so not sure which will do the best now sadly.

I'm torn between lamb and gammon...though they're all boss if done well amd with the correct sauces😛

had an Al Forno dinner in Ingleby yesterday. very nice. Manjaros Ingleby do a top dinner too

can't fall off with a good old chicken dinner

The wife does a lovely Sunday dinner and we take one round for my dad every week. He used to come to us but he needs a downstairs toilet now.

I prefer beef but he enjoys pork with plenty of crackling and we seem to have that more than any other meat. I do like lamb but the wife hates the smell of it cooking and refuses to cook it. I only have it if we go out.

I would say pork with crackling at a push but if you gave me a meze plate of all of the above with some added chicken I would be more than happy.

Whitegates Cafe (West Rounton). I was a bit disappointed they'd run out of pork by the time we got there on Sunday, but the beef was lovely.

A new place that has just started doing Sunday lunches in the last 3-4 weeks only, The Tack Room, Kirklevington. Outstanding, chef is apparently from Muse in Yarm.
