Roberts if he is fit to do so but he needs games so we might aswell get him in from the start.

Britt
Akpom

Subs - Stoj, Wood, Bola, Coulson, Saville, Tav, Browne

Don’t think I can get on board with Spence at the moment, we’ve looked better without him

I know I have thought that too. But I didn’t look Tav at wing back yesterday. If we play 4231 I wouldn’t have Spence in the side mind. I would go with Tav

I don’t think Tav was playing wing back yesterday. It was a back 4 with dijksteel and Bola at full back

I have had enough if Assombalonga.
He brings nothing to the party.

I think Warnock feels the same too if truth be known.

So, its Akpom and a.n.other for me.
I saw somebody has mentioned Coulson could be given a try.
Why not ?.
He is aggressive, quick, likes to have a shot and actually moves.

Basically the opposite of Assombalonga.

What have we got to lose ?.

Looking at Warnock's latest statement , the suggestion is that Assombalonga will possibly not be ready for the Tuesday game but might make next weekend.

Stating the obvious, Boro need a striker. Has Alan Peacock still got his boots? He would have at least as much influence on games as Britt is having currently.

Think I will stick with watching it on the boro site rather than red button but if Maddo starts to do me head in it’s good to know I can put it on the red button instead 😂

I would keep him in if we go 4 at the back which it looks like we may have to if Britt is indeed not ok to play. But if it’s wing backs I really don’t like him as a wing back

Yeah if Britts not fit I'd leave his replacement yesterday (Johnson) in and put Wing on the bench

It’s not much of a choice at the moment picking tav or spence, either way it’s been like playing with 10 men this season
