Tbf, it’s a good first effort by him.I am going to let you all into a dark secret here, at the FMTTM Coffee Club, there are more teapots on the table than coffee cups. In fact, @guisborough_rob has started up a workshop on crocheting tea cozies (invitation only).
This is one that @Norfolkred1 made. ;)

See my original post for what I class as "better tea"Oh you tea connoisseur you.. you must have exquisite tea taste buds that can only be matched with a what a box of $4 Yorkshire Tea from the supermarket? Classy.
So it’s the habitual manner in which you drink the tea rather than the tea’s taste in itself. Fair enough. I like to mix it up tho depending on the occasion and the mood.,,Maybe not a party for the taste buds but it greets guests and cures all ailments. ;)
When you have a visitor, you offer them tea. If someone is upset, you offer them tea. someone's not feeling well, you offer them tea. You've returned from your travels, put your bags down and have a cup of tea and you think, 'That feels good.'
Fancy pants. Do you stick ya pinky out while you drink it?See my original post for what I class as "better tea"
But for a start, loose leaf, never bagged (unless it's the aforementioned Teapigs blend bags.)
I usually drink my tea from a bone china cup with a saucer so yesFancy pants. Do you stick ya pinky out while you drink it?
So much this. Tea is life, coffee tastes of death.Tea all the way.....I can't stand coffee![]()
I've stopped drinking Black Tea for now, it reduces the absorption of non heme iron. My wife suffered low iron so she has now reduced the amounts of cups she drinks of black tea.
I have a bit of time nowadays, it takes me about 35 mins to make my porridge, with all the stuff I put in itChi and Flax seeds, blueberrys, blackberrys, raspberrys, 1 fresh apricot, 3 walnuts, 2 dates.
I've gone on to drinking herbal and fruit teas and enjoy them much more. I made my 11 year old grandson a cup of Tetley's Black tea this morning, he stopped over as his game was called off. He always enjoys a cuppa on a morning.
My 2nd eldest doesn't drink tea or coffee and he's 44 yo, he's never drank tea or coffee.
I cant see tea dying out in Britain myself.
I drink warm freshly squeezed Lime or Lemon juice first thing every morning. Through the day Twinnings Strawberry & Raspberry is my favourite - it smells and tastes fantastic. Also Spiced Ginger, which has a nice ginger burn. Also 1 or 2 cups of black coffee.
Some of the herbal teas are very bland but I would recommend these two, they are full of flavour and very good for you.
Yours Hippy health kick.

I'd be dismayed too if someone served Christmas cake without cheese.Yorkshire tea all the way, decaf after four. The only other hot drink I have is a mid morning coffee, and it has to be ground rather than instant. I’m a creature of habit, so imagine my dismay when I was at Norm’s just before Christmas last year and we had AFTERNOON coffee and Christmas cake……![]()
There was definitely cheese. Norm is a classy bloke.I'd be dismayed too if someone served Christmas cake without cheese.
