We have to revert back to playing Tav through the middle for the rest of the season regardless of whose available for selection. He’s been our best player playing in that position and was wasted as a wing back yesterday. He give us the engine room that gets the rest of the team moving. As soon as I saw the team sheet I had a feeling it might not be our day. The team was unbalanced and that cost us.
Get him back in his best position before its too late to save our season!

I agree, though it's easy to say that in hindsight. Plenty of people calling for him to be moved to WB and McGree in the centre.

It wasn't hindsight, I felt it as soon as I saw the team sheet and mentioned in a previous post earlier this week that it was not the right time of the season to be moving Tav to wing back, stick to what works. McGree should only be back up at this stage of the season with a role from the bench unless we have injuries.
 
I agreed with the original team selection to be fair.

The big mistake was not bringing in a proper RWB as cover for Jones in January. I said at the time it could prove costly and it's cost us in our last two home games.
 
Get McGree in for the out of form Crooks and keep Tav in the middle. I agree with the OP, definitely need his energy in the middle.

Hopefully Jones will be back for Bournemouth then we can get back to playing our game.
 
Hopefully Wilder considers a different shape when our best wingback isn’t available. Tav could have stayed in the middle, solid back 4 and maybe try something different up front 433
 
Seeing the team, I thought Tav at RWB was probably the right thing to do.

Ultimately it wasn't; not only did Tav keep cutting in onto his left foot, thus denying us the needed width, this forced Crooks out onto the right into a position in which he was less comfortable.

I'm not against giving him a go at LWB, but I'd agree we need him in the centre for now.
