Swear filter

When I was a kid I swore like ****, so i doubt I'd have been offended reading something on somewhere like this if it had existed. I doubt today's kids are much different. Funnily enough I have to stub a toe or something to find myself swearing these days.
 
That's one thing you do pass it on to your kids if you're not careful. My mother was once driving with my son in the back of the car, he'd be about 3, when someone pulled out on her. She braked hard and said she shouted "you stupid man" then a heard little voice from the back seat ................. "daddy say f**king hell"!:censored:

I remember when my kids were teenagers and I heard them swear for the first time. I was shocked how bad they were, all I could do was say, if you are going to swear at least do it properly. I admit they didnt live with me and I was only allowed to see them every other weekend, but I took my time to educate them properly not by swearing in front of them but by correcting them when necessary.
Subsequently they have developed into very articulate adults and I rarely hear a profanity, until they discuss their upbringing.
