Ah, I think I got mine at Boots in Stockton.
A quick Google does bring up the Safe + Sound pencils and I know that both Asda and Morrisons stock their stuff on those carousel things usually located near their in-store pharmacies.
I'm surprised they are hard to find on the high street given the popularity of DE shaving.
