Alex Salmond is not daft and certainly knows what he’s doing, I think the fact he was cast adrift by his party and protege has left a very bitter taste as he has been proven to have done nothing wrong. The Teflon Scottish government may be cracking - happens to all governments in the end, too many egos

You are saying a diary kept by Sturgeon that coincidence is empty on the three days that are important is down to MI5 giving her invisable ink?

This has nothing to do with anything outside of Scotland.

I find it interesting just how much the SNP is defended on here, they're a centre right independence party. I'd imagine if they were the ENP they would be seen very differently.

I always am surprised by the number of posters who see nothing good with the UK, particularly England.
Our history can stand up to other countries, it has been bad and good, no different to any other.
But each to their own.
Scotland is not even independent and Pandora's box is open .

Craig Murray who tried to get a SNP nomination and failed? Craig Murray the guy who tried to blame Israel for the Skripal poisoining instead of Russia and disputed the evidence all the way through? Craig Murray who is defending a guy who worked for Russia's RT network? I'm sure he an unbiased individiual in all of this.

Forget on FMTTM, in the UK media in general. It’s a national disgrace that they have come to such power and prominence on one issue, with so little accountability for spending, always with the power to just point the finger. Another thing to thank New Labour for.

The UK has had 6 general elections in the last 20 years with 3 changes of prime minister without a general election plus a Brexit referendum, all of which are in addition to the Scotland only elections and independence referendum.

Craig has a very well researched evidence based blog and links to credible sources for anyone interested in going beyond "headlines".(y)

It's pretty clear where he gets his influence. And for all his investigations etc he never seems able to present any evidence to back up his absurd claims. Please show me how his well researched evidence backed up any of his claims about Skripal? Anyway, don't want to derail this thread. Just pointing out that he's hardly an unbiased source so take his claims with a pinch of salt.

Not sure I would class them as centre right, more centre left in my opinion.

Most of the people I know who are Scottish and SNP supporters are certainly not centre right.
