It’s signed and done, plenty of pictures out there showing Spence holding up a Spurs shirt, in their training gear, doing interviews etc.

Both clubs are/have been away, obviously in no rush to announce.

I think this is the key, once Spurs are back from the far east expect an announcement and a press conference. Hopefully it allows us a few weeks to pursue some strikers before selling clubs realise just how much cash we actually have (although odds on the fee is 'undisclosed').
