3 weeks till the return of Watermill Sessions. A project set up by Elaine Palmer to bring contemporary singer songwriters to rural communities.
It's great to be able to pick this up again after a long time with the epic front man of The Beta Band Steve Mason playing at Hutton Rudby village Hall Dec 10th.
There will be a fully licensed bar ran by my pals at Hutton Rudby Gigs. See you there!

Wow, that is quite the coup.

Aargh! Just checked my diary - can't make it.
 
I saw the beta band many moons ago in wolves early 00s
when steve played in a kimono. 😁 😁😁 they played after the wulfrun curfew and the sound was cut. steve jumped onto the extra set of drums they had on stage and kept it going for a while.
 
The Village Hall, Hutton Rudby is a really nice little venue. I say little but it is big for a village hall. Like so many village halls it has a really good stage and they have a drinks bar off to the side so it doesn't get in anyone's way. It takes no time at all to get there down the A19 if coming from Teesside.

It's a great set up. Sometimes decent live music in the King's head too
