A. Worked for the Mob ....

61 when recorded in 2010 ... when 66 in 2015 diagnosed dementia....

I’ll watch the rest of it later but looks good. I played against him in the late 80’s, he played for a pub called The Wolf (if ai remember rightly) and he played midweek for The Western Traders, all market traders and cab drivers (supposedly😀). The types if you were through on goal and took it round the keeper it would be….”Ooops a daisy I’ve tripped over that blade of grass”.
I played midfield so used to think I’ll show him, but you never got near him as he just had instant control and just stroked the ball about. Class clearly never leaves you!!
 
Was great to be at QPR on Saturday for the naming of the Stanley Bowles Stand. His grand kids were on the pitch and a statement read on behalf of the family.
Great player, tremendous character, harrowing condition, dementia.
