Options are limited to out of work managers - i wouldn’t pick any or these personally, they’re just some of the names that might be in the frame when the inevitable happens

Folks have previously mentioned the thug that is John Terry, in certain quarters Nigel Pearson is considered much the same. I happen to think that Joey Barton is a very competent coach who has done really well in league one.

I don’t think Gibson would entertain anyone of his personality for one minute - plus he’s already in a job which immediately rules him out

I mean.. Nuno is currently in a job too. I know which one looks more likely tbh.

But yeah, we didn’t sign Joey Barton as a player and we never hired Nigel Pearson as a manager.
