If you haven't yet, then take a look at the TSC documentary that was on Sky Arts a couple of weeks ago. He talks about how he joined the band as a 17 year old - I assume you've seen the documentary he did a few years ago on his drum heroes ?

Yes, saw his doc "The Art Of Drumming" great! - Not seen The Style Council one though, will try and see if its on catch up! Cheers.

He didn't drop him so much as they agreed to part, SW explained it was very cordial on a TSC fan group I'm on. They're still really good friends, and Weller has played with his Stone Foundation (as has Mick and Dee) as well as with the rest of the band at the end of the documentary.
