I have got into the habit of listening to a Desert Island Discs podcast every night before falling asleep. Such a relaxing way to end the day. Anyway this particular one is special. Some lovely memories and stories to make you smile. Bob Mortimer on Desert Island Discs

A wonderful listen. He gets you smiling and he had Lauren Laverne giggling throughout but there was always an air of sentimentality.

You can't beat a good shipping forecast. It's probably more sad that I know where many of the areas are due to my time at northwood lol.

I do feel for those folk at sea when it's going to be roughers🤮
