Arsenal players are set to take a 12.5% pay cut while Chelsea's will reportedly agree to a 10% decrease in salary.

Players taking a pay cut is only of benefit if the clubs retain other employees as a result on 100% salary.
If they furlough, as some clubs have/did, then society would be better off receiving the tax from the players full salaries than a big club saving some money
