What a great series this is, as he always get to the real essence of the country he’s visiting but I think this is his best series yet. As South America is such a vast and diverse area to explore.

Last week when he visited that illegal gold mine in Peru and he was told he was no longer welcome and to get out was pretty hairy.

He has very good way with people too - lots of empathy for people in very difficult situations.
