Would have had no sympathy for him if he had have been given a custodial sentence mind. That sounds a reasonable punishment. I don't think custodial sentences are appropriate for that sort of offence.
Should make him think again about what is and is not "hilarious bantz"
Waste of tax payers money.Would have had no sympathy for him if he had have been given a custodial sentence mind.
The little scumbag.
Honestly find the whole thing a bit ridiculous, the fella is an absolute plum and what he did isn’t acceptable but the fact this sort of stuff has went to court and he’s been given a suspended sentence is a bit ridiculous
It wasn’t too long ago we played the US and fans were mocking 9/11 to provoke their fans, which is again bad but does that sort of stuff also warrant being dragged through the courts system
Perhaps if you were the childs parent you may feel differentlyHonestly find the whole thing a bit ridiculous, the fella is an absolute plum and what he did isn’t acceptable but the fact this sort of stuff has went to court and he’s been given a suspended sentence is a bit ridiculous

Given he has the ability to "think" of course. That sounds a reasonable punishment. I don't think custodial sentences are appropriate for that sort of offence.

As disgusting as the other two examples are, there is something particularly repugnant about specifically targeting an ill child who died.Seems fair enough.
Glad to see this being handled this way; time to stop the slow erosion of what is acceptable. Club rivalries aside, this comes a week after a Sunderland fan was given a 3 year banning order, and fined, for mocking the helicopter crash that killed Leicester's chairman.
Maybe the US thing should have been treated more robustly too, to stop any worraboutism?
Yeah, I mean its disgusting, bad taste etc, sickening. But illegal? Meh.. plaster the guys name around and post his picture up and let him answer to anyone who found it offensive.Honestly find the whole thing a bit ridiculous, the fella is an absolute plum and what he did isn’t acceptable but the fact this sort of stuff has went to court and he’s been given a suspended sentence is a bit ridiculous

It’s the grin on his face as he does it. He wants a very hard slap.As disgusting as the other two examples are, there is something particularly repugnant about specifically targeting an ill child who died.
No.but when it comes to freedom of speech and freedom of expression.. you have to take the rough with the smooth I'm afraid.
Of course I would but as an outsider I’m just giving my opinionPerhaps if you were the childs parent you may feel differently
I do agree but my problem is that it shouldn’t be a police matter because who gets to decide what’s offensive enough to warrant police and what’s not?As disgusting as the other two examples are, there is something particularly repugnant about specifically targeting an ill child who died.
