100% agree. If we sign international standard players, we cannot moan when they get called up (as frustrating as it is).

I hope that he has a stormer of a tournament and we then go on to sell him for 1 billion Euros

13th Jan (First Game) to 11th Feb (Final) - IF he was fit, he'd probably still be here for Coventry on the 1st Jan, then has the potential to miss 8-9 games.

I think they are called up by their country then must be released by the 1st January at the latest, so even if he was fit, today would have been his last game.
