Senegal v Egypt playoff

After watching that African Cup of nations I'll never watch any African football ever again. Its as dull as dishwater.
In the first 12 games of the ANC in January think there were 5 goals scored in that first group of games. Deadly dull.

Am watching Tunisia v Mali final play off. Its horrendously dull.

Lasers seem to be becoming an issue in Africa? They need to stanp on it quickly. Tunisian fans aiming them at the Mali players now.

While it’s not really clear if the lasers put the Egyptians off I think the game might have to be replayed just because I think having around 20 or so lasers pointing at the Egyptians made a mockery of the game. I think the ref should have taken the players off the field or not brought the players back onto the field after half time.

Twitter response seems so childish-- "well Egyptian fans did it first!" We shouldn't forget that Kasper Schmeichel had a laser aimed at him in the England - Denmark. For me the laser pen situation at African club and international games needs addressing-- not too sure how but perhaps the only way would be to play the games behind closed doors.

Start by threatening to expel and heavily fine the perpetrators. They are not that difficult to identify. Twitter is full of photos of people shining them from the stand. And they are grown men not kids.

I see the 'R' word has been used by the Egyptian F.A regarding the laser pens. What a load of complete rubbish
