Semi Final Ticket Issue

Just logged in to get my tickets for Southampton game but website is telling me there is an issue.

My understanding was that my window would be open this morning from 10 o clock as I have purchased a season ticket for next season even though I only have 45 points but that doesn't seem to be working?

Have I misunderstood the parameters for todays window?

Just logged on to do the same and it's not letting me assign seats to my mam and sister who've bought season tickets for next year too.

Looks like another cockup.
 
Trying to sort out my dad's, new season ticket holder for 26/27, so should be able to get a ticket this morning, and its not working.

Assuming ticket office is shut as its a Bank Holiday?
 
Well, I have over 70 points and I should be able to purchase a ticket, but although I can choose, it says i can't. Tried telephone, cut off after the message saying it's busy and use the website🤣

Here's my message when I try to pay for it.

"The quantity of tickets owned by ******** Darren exceeds our 1 ticket per person limitation.
To resolve, make sure you have the necessary people in your 'My Friends & Family' within your profile and assign the tickets to individual owners by clicking on the ticket owner name.
Sorry, you cannot buy any more tickets to event Middlesbrough v Southampton 2025/2026 09/05/2026 12:30.
Sales to this product type are limited to 0 tickets per event per history per item owner."
 
Same for me, it tells me to select members option which isn't there, and states the quantity of tickets exceeds limitation
I'm a member with 86 points and only trying to buy 1
 
I rang up first thing couldnt get through yesterday. had season ticket for years. but its for my disabled son. as im him pa it wouldnt allow me to buy online. i have x2 season tickets for both disabled sons. the website doesnt cater for that. they can barely use google never mind register an account in their own name. bloody useless. its samer everytime i renew season tickets.
 
It's an absolute joke - my son is a season ticket holder for next season but I can't buy him a ticket. The ticketing **** ups at this club are getting ridiculous. It's simple stuff that should just work.

Have you tried again? This is a message that has appeared in the past when someone applies right at the start of a window but then the issue clears later. Might be worth having another go if you haven't already.
 
My mate yesterday who isn't a ST holder, and has around 10 points got a ticket because a ST holder was able to get him one as part of his friends and family, yet here I am 70+ points, ST holder next season and unable to buy one.

This is getting beyond a joke, it really isn't hard, the club can **** off.
