Self Isolation.

Seems to be 14 days unless you are am MP or a member of the Royal Family.
Matt Hancock back today. Makes you wonder who has really had it. Boris on yesterday looked pretty well. Especially with his underlying conditions i.e his weight and that Barnet.
 
7 days if you are the first to get it in your house.
14 if you are in the household or 7 days from when you start showing simptoms.

So Charles is probably ok. But Camilla isn't. Along with however many hundred are in their household.
 
As said above, official NHS advice now is self isolate for 7 days from displaying symptoms.

You've got to self isolate for 14 days if you've been exposed to somebody who has it but you aren't personally displaying symptoms as it gives enough time for any to appear.
