Scottish greens in favour of Scottish independence

Before I get mullered with insults I am not saying this is my view.
But, if a snap referendum were held in ENGLAND I feel now that the vote would be to get rid of the Scots once and for all.
Knowing how our current mob of shysters operate it would be worded.
"Do you want to keep supporting the independence loving Scots with our tax money or say goodbye."

I don't think that's entirely true, but there were times when it was.

How can Labour expect to form a government when mpoverished Northern English seats are going blue? And when Labour has no clear plan to capture Scottish votes? Labour is just slipping away from most people's political consciousness because there isn't any plan anymore, nothing you can imagine will attract voters. Labour's sole Scottish MP is a lonely man these days.

Scotland is changing quite quickly now, there's a confidence that didn't exist just a decade ago. The problem for Westminster is that they can't live with the urge for Scottish determinism, but can't live without Scotland's economy. I'm pretty sure Boris Johnson has no idea how to solve the problem, but as far as I can see Keir Starmer doesn't realise there is a problem.
Which year was it not true? Another big problem for Labour is the boundary changes the tories are bringing in.
I really can't see a way Labour can win after that

Their confidence perhaps coming from the level of politician representing them compared with what the English have.

As mentioned above, green energy is a big plus along with water supply. They'll be an attractive proposition for companies wanting to relocate with minimal cultural change.

I agree.

But remember not so long ago a poll of Tory members showed that they would be happy to get rid of NI to get Brexit down - the Conservative and Unionist party is no more. It's just full of Little Englanders now.

Scotland's path to rejoining the EU may not be as easy as it might be. Other countries with separatist movements particularly Spain would not want to set a precedent for easy entry as it would encourage the Basques and Catalans to do similar, the French might also be wary of setting such a precedent. There are others too; Flanders - Belgium, Northen Italy and Corsica. Anyone of whom might choose to veto to discourage the break up of their own countries.

Scotland would in theory have the largest separatist movement in the EU if it re-joined

Scotland's EU Referendum Results 2016

Remain: 1.6 million
Leave: 1 million

67% Turnout
