Scam ads in FMTTM

These ads are scams @fmttmadmin Rob; I’ve seen these on the gazette. They’re the same ones as Martin Lewis ran a campaign against as they were using his likeness. Site is styled to look like a paper, caption is fake and the story is rubbish obviously. They’re to get people to sign up to forex / Bitcoin scams

Thanks for this - I have copied this and sent it away to the advertiser people and they should be able to block them.
We got another advert blocked yesterday that had sneaked through, reported on the site.
I am signed up to a service run by GeoEdge which monitors and automatically blocks for me. They report back daily.

These adverts have been blocked - please report any more you see - we suspect multiple ad agencies are involved.

On the subject of Ads. I am using MS Edge and have AdBlock installed, I have configured it to pause when on this site but I don't see any adverts? I used to but now I don't and I haven't changed anything (as far as I can remember). If I "unpause" AdBlock I still don't see any adverts and it reports 0 items blocked.



If I open the site using Firefox I see the ads. (Also using a paused Adblocker - a different blocker "Ublock Origin")

I’ve been getting those too.
