Anyone a fan? Watched them all in order last week. Despite the reputation they have for merely being 'torture porn' etc, there is a brilliantly written storyline to be worked out over the course of the sequels. Tobin Bell is fantastic and John Kramer is one of the best horror 'villains' of all time IMO.

Loved them and went to the cinema 3 times to watch the first one. The only one that was a huge let down was the last one which if I remember rightly was 3d in the cinema

The first one was amazing the first time I watched it. I thought they got progressively worse. I still enjoyed the second one but I thought the 3rd and 4th movies were tedious and never bothered with the more recent ones.

I haven't seen them for about 10 or 15 years but I would guess they would be fairly dated now. "Horror movies" don't tend to age well.

Only went to watch one of them at the cinema. Didn't know what it was about. I can barely watch Casualty so this really wasn't my thing!

Went with a girl and spent most of the movie looking away, whilst trying to pretend I was watching it and not look like a fanny!

I think the start had a guy nailed into some kind of cage and he had to rip the nails and chains out of his own body in order to not get blown up?

Without doubt the least enjoyable cinematic experience of my life!

Have seen them all (I think) - I thought the first one was amazing, very tense thriller with horror/gore and huge twists. Brilliant. They turned into a gorefest after that with the stories being a little worse, still good, but didn't have the impact that the first film made on me.
