They absolutely were, must have taken note of how Stoke did it on Tuesday, but Giles was much better at combating it this time round.
I also expected them to play long balls onto the edge of our box, and they did (thanks again Stoke) but I'm guessing that's why Fry was selected a Carrick was one step ahead.
