Before we kick off, if you hate Oasis, your absence on this thread will be taken as a clear message of your hatred, so make sure it is felt.

Anyway, this is the rumoured list. Only 3 songs from post-1995 (and all back to back).
  • F****in' in the Bushes (Intro)
  • Hello
  • Acquiesce
  • Morning Glory
  • Some Might Say
  • Cigarettes & Alcohol
  • Fade Away
  • Supersonic
  • Roll With It
  • Bring It On Down
  • Talk Tonight (Noel on vocals)
  • Half the World Away (Noel on vocals)
  • Little By Little (Noel on vocals)
  • D’you Know What I Mean?
  • Stand By Me
  • Cast No Shadow
  • Slide Away
  • Whatever
  • Live Forever
  • Rock 'n' Roll Star
    ENCORE
  • The Masterplan (Noel on vocals)
  • Don’t Look Back in Anger (Noel on vocals)
  • Wonderwall
  • Champagne Supernova

Is be surprised if they play Hello, given it's use of a Gary Glitter sample.

Otherwise, its pretty much the expected nostalgia set isn't it?

It’s a good setlist but pretty much as expected, no surprises, Fade Away and Whatever maybe, I’ll be surprised if they do Whatever still, Noel acoustic? No strings?
With Oasis I pretty much only listen to post 2000 stuff so I’d prefer a bit more variety personally.

You only listen to post 2000 stuff? Fair enough. Unique!

Not giving much love to the rest of their albums there are they.

As said above not many surprises. Just like on the day of the gig I cant see there being much different to what we all expect. That said I'd still love to be there especially to see them play Fade Away which was my highlight when I saw Liam do DM last summer. Love that track

You'll have loads who are "not fans", who could almost sing along to every one of those, word for word, but they won't admit it.

They're a pair of d*ck heads (Liam more than Noel), and I've moved on from their music, but for their day they were up there with the best and their songs very memorable. Sure it will be a good set of gigs nonetheless.

Stand by me is on be here now, so 1997, might have written it earlier like?

Hopefully it's because they know that's what the fans want, basically the first two albums and few b-sides.

If they're up their own **** still (more than likely), I can see a few of those getting sacked off for some later stuff.

~25 songs will be tough for a returning band who hasn't played that long together again. How much have they been practising together?

I can’t believe they aren’t opening with Rock n Roll Star, one of the great opening songs in all of music.

It’s a shame but I think these shows will be ruined by them being full of doyles. There’ll be trouble I reckon.

For some context, this is taken from a production rehearsal at the Principality yesterday, there's some audio floating around on social too (albeit from outside the ground).

I think it's an excellent setlist, there will always be personal faves missing but in terms of "people pleasing" I'd say it's pretty much spot on.

If I had to pick one surprising omission it would probably be The Importance of Being Idle.
