Ronaldo gone!

Good on UTD getting rid of the bad egg, he's been sticking the place out since the summer. They'll be better without him. I'm not sure where he will go next, no doubt his agent will try linking him with everyone. I'm not sure he will go back to Real, they were glad to see the back of him too.

When Ten Haag came in I said he should clear out anyone who tasted success under Ferguson, so that’s Ronaldo and Phil Jones.

I am looking forward to Piers Morgan’s “tell all” two parter with Phil next week.

Last season Man Utd set up entirely to his benefit but it was ultimately to their detriment. They played worse because of
it and scored less overall team goals in the process. It’s not remotely comparable, Kane plays for the team sacrifices himself for his team and his teammates Ronaldo only cares for his personal glory.

Now Man Utd are playing as a team hes been dreadful and can’t adapt and offer a contribution. Even his touch and finishing has deserted him.

Real Madrid will not set the team up around him at this stage of his career, they got rid of him because he was on the decline and starting to hinder their team, but was still useful now he’s barely that.

That was Kane's worst season since his breakthrough season in 2014/15.

He scored 1 goal in his first 13 appearances.

He took a long time to return to form after the Man City move collapsed.

Not that 17 goals and 9 assist is anything to be sniffed at anyway, it's still a great return.

As was Ronaldo's 18 goals and 3 assists, but there were question marks throughout the whole season about how it was impacting the team performances accommodating him.
If you set him up enough, he'll often score plenty, but he wasn't contributing much else.

Kane is now on 12 goals in his first 15 appearances this season, he's having a brilliant start which is only overshadowed by Haaland.

Ronaldo finished on 1 goal in 10, and lost his place because of his attitude and performances.

Maybe the United players were happy to lose games so long as they played to benefit Ronaldo, Carrick must be so stupid to set up his United team to entirely benefit Ronaldo to the detriment of the team, how couldn't he see it but you could?!

The guy lost a kid, had another kid become ill, missed preseason and hasn't been given regular minutes in the league to build up form, back to back hattricks in the prem months ago but now his finishing has magically deserted him

Hes the most disrespected athlete of all time it's honestly disgraceful the narratives people invent, a shame really because he's quite clearly one of the best players, if not the best, to ever kick a ball but his haters just can't give him credit
