Rodrigo Muniz

Got himself on the scoresheet last night for Fulham.

He was a strange one for me, I actually thought he looked ok and I imagine given a full season he would have got some goals, not on the level of Archer and Akpom did.

Soooo given our current striker situation, wanting Coburn to develop and Lath to get plenty of game time to establish himself in the league more, in January would you take Muniz back on loan as a potential 3rd choice?

YES

or

NO

Don't think so.

I agree he looked okay, especially his first few games for us. And I'd love us to have a great attacking Brazillian player again.

But he was a target when Warnock was in charge, signed under Wilder, clearly not fancied all season by Carrick. It just feels like we've spent as much time as we ought to being involved with Muniz. There's bound to be better options elsewhere.

Now if you were asking about Adama Traore on loan from Fulham, that'd be another matter.

I can if you want....

Adama Traore didnt get himself on the scoresheet last night for Fulham.

He was a strange one for me, I actually thought he looked ok and I imagine given a full season he would get some goals and assists at Championship level, not on the level of Archer and Akpom did.

Soooo given our current squad situation, wanting Silvera to develop and Rogers to get plenty of game time to establish himself in the league more, in January would you take Traore back on loan as a potential squad boost?

YES

or

NO

Canny kid.. I think the move to Fulham scuppered him somewhat. He would have been further up the pecking order at boro and would have had more game time in his first year.

Looks like an old fashioned british number 9 in the making.. but then again.. JOSH COBURN

Exactly my thoughts, would he be any better than Coburn's honest shifts at the minute, I dont think so.

However we do need another body in that department, and its going to be a tricky sell, unless they are head and shoulders above.

....and thank you for your input

Muniz was not as good as our other forward options last year, and even though things have now changed, I have never sat there watching us play this season and thought to myself "What we really right now is Muniz playing for us up front."

So, no.

Thank you for your input, extra mark for showing your working out

What would be the point? Carrick clearly had no interest in playing him.

Seemed a good lad, and had attributes that some teams would make positive use of, but not for us I don't think.
