Incidentally, does it it seem nonsensical to allow fans in the lounges but not let them be out in the open air watching the game.

It does sound nonsensical, why is it the case? I suppose because the ban on fans watching footy means it’s the only way to do it. I do wonder why bother though

I think most of the clubs want fans back in now, especially in the EFL where gate receipts matter more.

I can see the season not finishing unless something is done pretty quickly.
Clubs cannot carry on with no income.
Or perhaps Rochdale could change their name to, lets say, The London Palladium.
Accrington Stanley could The Royal Albert Hall.
Both could then be open for business.
