Watched the Champions League on catchup tonight. They were all raving about Rico Lewis and I can see why. Only 18, from Bury, but he was great v Leipzig away. England, at the moment, seems to be the place where the new stars are coming from (Kane, Bellingham, Foden, Grealish, Saka…). We have just won u21 Euros. It’s about time we won something?
 
Rico Lewis is a super player and going to be the next big star after Bellingham
He should be in the england squad ASAP
 
This isn't a bad testimonial for the lad.

Pep: "I've been a manager for 14, 15 years and lucky to train one of the best players in the world in Barcelona.
"To find a player like him playing in the pockets, how he has to move as a holding midfielder, moving in the spaces, he is one of the best I've ever trained by far.

Said the same about Foden though, and while Foden has been great I feel he's not quite living up to his potential.

Yeah, Foden’s been sh1t and never won anything. 🤔

Joking aside, I do know what you mean but it must be hard for a young lad to get motivated when you have won everything in club football.

I know someone who are friends with the family, his dad mostly and says on the odd occasion he has met him he had come across as a really lovely kid. Very well mannered and polite.

When he racially abused earlier in the season his old man was raging about it. Probably someone who you wouldn't want to annoy as he has his own boxing gym.

Somehow, Grealish is 28 years old
