Released players/Free transfers

Mowatt has a year left on his deal they activated a clasue recently. I would be bidding for him though
 
Hart and Ibe will be out of our wage bracket
Gunter and Blackett I could see possibly happening
I do like Mowatt but he has signed a new contract so will now cost money
Izzy Brown may be an option
I like Lyle Taylor but his age ( 30) and possible high wage could stop that
 
Wouldn’t be surprised if Mowatt is available Despite signing a year contract extension if Barnsley go down. If That happens and we stay up I think he would be a good addition. Would think in a similar manner we might sell Howson if we go down despite his signing for another year.
 
That's a long list of players. We have discussed inflated wages for players for a while however there is another side. Imagine some of these lads been playing for their teams from kids, academy players, then get a break into the first team. Then released not knowing what to do next. Some will need to start completely again at the bottommost of the ladder. It must be difficult to imagine how it feels, unless they have been at the top level for a while. Seems a bit sad for the youngsters.
