I do hope the inevitable bad decisions will go for us, unlike previous times we have had him.

To be fair he has refereed both our 2:3 away wins at Huddersfield and Watford this season, although he is from the midlands.

I actually thought he gave us quite a few fouls that weren't, which I'm obviously not going to complain about, and the bookings for Jones and Rogers were very harsh.

There was a lot of play acting by Jones but he’s made that one of his trademarks now especially when he’s defending.

That was one of the worst refereeing performances I have seen. Just random decisions sometimes a player throwing themselves to the deck if breathed on particularly hard would be awarded a freekick and other times he would let pretty brutal physical assaults go. The decision to pull play back with Engels running unchallenged into the area was borderline favouritism in effect he got lucky when we scored from the freekick.

I hope never to see him again. Useless chunt.

This is why you should be allowed to appeal yellows.

I think refs target him, they watch footage of players in build up to reffing games so will no doubt treat him like boy who cried wolf.

Rogers stopped, looked round to see if the game was still continuing, it appeared to be and the crowd roared him on so he shot. No-one else seemed to have noticed the game had stopped, certainly not Leicester's keeper who tipped it round the post.

That being said, I think Jones was legitimately booked and Hackney threw the ball away in the first two minutes and escaped a yellow. RVDB(my MOTM) also put in what would have looked to the Ref like a great sliding tackle on Mavididi but you could see from the West stand he didn't actually get the ball despite coming away with it!

I noticed a Leicester player kick the ball away in the first half right in front of the ref, Howson waved his arms as if to say ‘ref?!’ But nothing was giving.

It’s obvious when players do it to time waste, having a shot when you’re through on goal isn’t time wasting in my opinion
