Like it or not Inoffthebar, RF do have close contact with the club and if it's true that he simply walked the corner of the perimeter then yes I think it's heavy handed. The stewards were happy to let him walk round apparently.
It's all just hearsay though and others are saying he jumped over and ran round.
People are saying I'm ITK which simply isn't true.
I was just talking to a few people today who knew more than I did.
I was actually away on holiday for the Coventry game so didn't even know RF weren't there until I got back.

Completely disagree.

Assuming it’s true (which I 100% don’t know). Pitch encroachment is not allowed. Not for anyone. They sound like they want a separate set of rules which won’t and shouldn’t happen.

Very nice gesture if it was in solidarity (as mentioned), but it’s really not that difficult to speak to the club beforehand - explain what they’re doing and ask permission.

RF have been holding regular meetings to openly discuss what they are about but attendance has been **** poor.
Seems like a lot of people have issues but are reluctant to go to the meetings.
They are held at the Riverside with free tea and coffee so if you have any questions or issues their is an option to air your views

I'm not sure about the most people are fair remark mate. Read back through the post and it's obvious that most people have made up their minds. At one of the meetings I said that RF social media presence needed working on. Fingers crossed it improves as like you say it's all a bit cloak and dagger and they really do have some good people in the group.

I think there is a tone on the board or maybe a culture that tends not back boro fans that go to games.

Would you like to explain the situation so there is no more confusion?

As far as most of us are aware, a fan has been banned by the British Courts for bringing and igniting a flare into the ground and RF aren't happy about this. Can you add anything else we need to know?

I haven’t got a clue what’s gone on. There at least 4 different theories on this thread. I’m just saying that people could come up with an educated view if they put any sort of information out there. Until then it’s all guesswork.

It’s a fans forum, people post things they’re told and the discussion around it is why we’re here isn’t it? I guess we’ll know the answers at the next home game.
